Jose was the main reason why our experience was so great! He was extremely knowledgable about the history of the places we visited which really enhanced our visit. He ran across the entire park to retrieve something for us that we forgot in the van. He made us feel safe and welcome througout the trip, and he was super funny the whole way through. Please give this man a raise!

I loved how patient the water guide Carlos Daniel was. He explained the safety precautions very thoroughly and made sure that we all understood what was expected of us. He really took his time overall making it immersive for all that participated.

Would have definitely liked more time to wander around Tulum. it was very rushed. Not enough time to wander around and even see everything. All that effort to get there and not enough time to take it all in. Perhaps you could pick people up an hour earlier and give them time to walk around. I heard others in our group also say they wanted more time at Tulum.

Pick up was about 30 minutes after time that was stated on reservation. Tour guide was great but took it personally when some people on tour that didn't swim were unhappy that the tour wasn't quite for them. It seemed these people didn't have a good understanding of what the tour was and the person who helped them book it should have been more clear. But I also think the tour guide should have just let it go, and not take it so personally in front of the rest of the group.
