We were really pleased that we had booked our ticket ahead. The Louvre is an amazing place but it is so big that it was difficult to navigate. We felt that signage could have been better. Allowing any number of people to crowd around the Mona Lisa with no organisation seemed ridiculous.

Unfortunately upon arrival at the Louvre I realised I hadn't received the correct ticket email that was required for entry. After a phonecall to the London office of musement I finally received the correct email. The staff at musement were so helpful and patient whilst solving this matter for me .

The tickets that you sent me were not the correct ones, ust a QR code, not a PDF. We were waiting in the line for The Louvre and I telephoned and spoke to a lovely lady who helped and got the correct tickets sent to my phone just in time for us to enter. So the panic went away.

Although the museum was excellent we didn’t like the fact that our entry time got changed as they said there were strikes on but we got there around the time slot we should have gone in and found it was ok and people were being let in as usual. Our slot got moved from 10:30 am to 1pm alot busier!

Am vereinbarten Treffpunkt war niemand. Als wir wieder heim kamen, lagen die Tickets mit 4 Tagen Verspätung im email-Postfach zuhause - wir in Paris. Eine Erstattung wird abgelehnt. Buchungspreis 132 EUR, Eintritt vorort 44 EUR! Jeder kann selbst denken!
