Before we even make it to Dubrovnik, the drive along Makarska Riviera, Baćina Lakes and the valleys around River Neretva will have you captivated from the very start. But as soon as your foot hits the cobbled ground in Dubrovnik, you'll be swept into this UNESCO-listed walled city packed with historic sites. A walking tour of the Old Town will lead you to Baroque churches, Venetian palaces and other delights.

After the tour, spend some time meandering through the streets and strolling through the narrow alleys, stairs and squares. Modern eateries and bars are nestled among the ornate buildings. You'll have the choice of peaceful squares or bustling marinas for your backdrop.

Our guide was fantastic. I think she was a bit grumpy when we first got on the coach – early morning but she was so personable, informative, funny and interestingly, she shared a few personal experiences which gave the whole thing some life rather than just giving us the facts. We have been on a number of Tui Tours over the years and without doubt, she was the best

This was our second visit to Dubrovnik so we knew what to expect. The drive down the Makarska Riviera cost road is beautiful and just ads to the experience. Dubrovnik itself is everything you would expect, it is a stunning location albeit very busy, expect a lot of tourists, especially if there are cruise ships in port. We decided to walk the city walls, expect to be very hot if you go in the summer season, there is not much shade but still well worth doing. Our guide Dubravka was excellent!

Natürlich war die Stadt das Highlight der Tour, gar keine Frage, aber auch die Fahrt dort hin war toll man hat so viel vom Land gesehen, unser Guide Zvonka hat das mit richtig guten Informationen gefüllt, es war überhaupt nicht langweilig. Auch der Stopp an der Weinbar mit der wunderschönen Terasse und top Aussicht war super, ein schöner Ort. Ein kleinen negativen Punkt gibt es, auch wir als kleine Gruppe (10) hätten Kopfhörer für die Führung gebraucht aufgrund der Nebengeräusche in Dubrovnik.

This was our second visit to Dubrovnik so we knew what to expect. The drive down the Makarska Riviera cost road is beautiful and just ads to the experience. Dubrovnik itself is everything you would expect, it is a stunning location albeit very busy, expect a lot of tourists, especially if there are cruise ships in port. We decided to walk the city walls, expect to be very hot if you go in the summer season, there is not much shade but still well worth doing. Our guide Dubravka was excellent!
