We all loved it - the 9 year old, the 20 year old and the 54 year old. Very efficient and the staff were great and really chatty. The only thing I would improve would be the directions - some sign posts would have been good as there is no entrance through the shopping centre.

I attended on Sunday with my 5 year old son and his friend for a birthday surprise adventure, i was not expecting my son to feel very overwhelmed, to the rescue was the lovely Izzy who helped me and my son navigate the rooms! Very nice staff overall.. Five stars for customer service !!

My grandchildren really enjoyed it had a great time. My only complaint would be I found it really hard to understand what was being said by a number of the staff giving instructions in each room due to different accents. My youngest Grandson really struggled to hear the instructions

A well organised and fun event whatever your age or experience with the Minecraft franchise. We took our 5 year old grandson who became the one telling us what to do (Grandma and Grandad are in the grey wrinkly 70+ gang!) Highly recommended to any Minecraft enthusiast.

Food and beverages, umbrellas, bags larger than A4 size, and prams/buggies are not permitted in the exhibition. There are no on-site lockers or storage space, so please refrain from bringing large bags or buggies

All ages are welcome. 0–2 years go free (no ticket purchase necessary). Anyone 15 years and under must be accompanied by at least one person 18+ to enter the exhibition
