A more relaxed way to round off your holiday. Booking the VIP airport service and lounge ensures that you'll be greeted at the airport and then fast-tracked through check-in, hand luggage security and passport control.

Make your wait at the airport more comfortable and convenient. The service includes meet and greet on arrival and access to the terminal through a special entrance with accompaniment to the VIP lounge.

You'll then have use of a dedicated X-ray machine and be fast-tracked through a special passport control cabin. Also included is use of the VIP lounge for up to two hours, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks. And you'll also have free access to TV, Wi-Fi and the press.

Brilliant to be met and guided thru security and passport control. The guide was professional and friendly. Explained everything as we were going thru the checks. The lounge was very comfortable with lovely food and drinks. It was expensive but well worth it

We Appreciated that we didn’t have to queue at security and that we had a quiet comfortable lounge to wait in. However we did have to wait 45 minutes for our check in to open so didn’t get much time in the lounge. We did think that it was a little expensive but as one of our party had mobility issues at the time we decided to spend the money.

Ensure taxis get there on time and know where they are going We spent 20 mins in the area because your driver didn’t manage his time correctly

The food in the lounge wasn’t very nice & the pasta for example was only warm, no decaf coffee & the staff in the lounge wasn’t friendly. The check in & host that walked us through was great.

Overall great service. Minor complaint was snacks not catered for Brits that's all
