King Manu IX of Edessa commissioned the construction of two Corinth-style monumental columns atop the Castle in 240-242 AD. The locals in Urfa believe these columns are the legendary catapult mentioned in the story of Prophet Abraham. In Karahan Tepe, an archaeological site near Göbekli Tepe, you'll see T-shaped stelae and 250 animal figure obelisks. You'll also visit Harran, known for its beehive houses, where Prophet Abraham resided before moving to Israel. There are exceptional photo opportunities in this area. After Harran you'll be driven to the airport to fly back to Istanbul.
