The fast track service was good however unnecessary as the airport was quiet for the late flights. The food and drink offered in the lounge was very basic and definitely not good value for money. It may be something that you book if you are travelling at peak times.

I think it’s a bit over priced for what you get food wise but as for getting checked in and through security it is definitely worth it.

The guide getting us through check in, security and passport control was amazing. Arriving at the lounge she did all the check in process and gave us all necessary information. The lounge was fine , the food was a little hit and miss. I would totally recommend this experience to anyone.

The Fast Track and VIP service are both excellent. Dalaman Airport is so busy and it's great to be able to check in and pass security smoothly and quickly also the staff are friendly and efficient. The VIP lounge is a relaxing environment with a good selection of food and drinks. It is a bit pricey but as they say, you get what you pay for.

The guide was relentless in getting us through the check-in/security process as fast as possible. The lounge itself was an oasis of calm and the whole experience was positive for us.
