Inside, you've access to complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks. What's more, there's unlimited free Wi-Fi and access to TV, magazines, newspapers and even a kids area to keep the little ones entertained – allowing you to relax right up to take off.

Whilst this was expensive, I think it was worth it. The fast track is far more than I realised I was getting, I imagined a fast track lane, when actually you have a member of the team escorting you all the way through the checks. I usually find flying and security checks extremely stressful and anxiety inducing but we were flight side in 5 minutes at a maximum. Amazing service. I wish they had this at every airport. The lounge was also very quiet and peaceful with good comfortable seating.

The service worked perfectly and the couple that helped us were very friendly and professional. We got through security and passport control without a problem and could relax in the lounge. Would definitely use the service again.

Fantastic service for a lovely end to a great holiday

The whole service was perfect and so worth doing , it definitely took the stress out of flying home . We have used this service before but this year we were taken right through to the departure lounge and went through quickly there to wait for boarding. If I had one issue , it was just that when we arrived at the airport there was no one waiting for us at the desk . So we were a little anxious about what we should do . However , it was seamless once he arrived .

Lounge has been upgraded from last year. Food ok drink selection ok. Some of the USB ports were broken so if you have to look around and try different ones to find those that work. Free Internet was sorted out for us by the guide but this was limited to an hour and shut off. We were able to jump the queues for checking in passport control etc which was helpful as this airport can get congested very quickly.

I think it’s a bit over priced for what you get food wise but as for getting checked in and through security it is definitely worth it.
