The spa experience was ruined by the high pressure sales technique used to try and upsell services. Upon arrival you are held in a waiting area before being subjected to a prolonged attempt to sell you additional massage packages. I took one just to shut the guy up and move on with the experience. I spoke to him later after reconsidering but was told it could not be cancelled. They even tied to upsell again by interrupting the massage again to have one final try at upselling. Not relaxing at all

The bath experience was great. Transport to the Hammam was late for pickup, then once we arrived at Hammam we sat in the courtyard for one hour before the experience began. The staff did try to upsell at every opportunity, but we politely declined. Once the expect ended we did not know when we would be collected to go back to the hotel. The reception desk was empty. We waited another half an hour to be collected. The experience was good, but the transport and waiting around not so.
