Antalya is renowned as a shopper's paradise and you'll have the chance to shop its best bits on this half-day visit. As well as time to hit the shops and bazaars on your own, you'll also visit a textile centre and a jewellery centre.

Your adventure begins at a jewellery centre, where you'll spend about an hour diving into the world of precious metals and gemstones. After immersing yourself in the sparkle and allure of Turkish jewellery, we'll move on to the textile centre to practice your haggling skills further.

Next, head into the charming old city where you can stroll the pretty, narrow streets at your own pace, popping into all sorts of souvenir shops as you go. And the city's bazaar is one of those must-do Turkish experiences.

Even the guide told us this part of the trip was pointless and to get in and out as quick as possible,(which wasted an hr of our time) The tour around the old town you can do on your self as he just spoke about the other 2 hotels tui provide. (Thought it was a tour not a sales pitch) Highly disappointed and wont recommend

The half day trip was great and service was very good

The guide was fantastic, very well informed and had the weather been slightly cooler we would have enjoyed the walk around the old town even more. The shops were good value for money and although some of the shopkeepers were aggressive in their approach to get you to buy things - as a Londoner I was easily able to tell them to back off

Started with coach carnage, waiting for a larger coach in a petrol station for around 20 mins. Then a 2 min journey to a jewellery place where unless you are ridiculously rich you can't afford anything. Then a long journey where you finally get to the old town. Led into a bazaar (money trap, its optional) and free time (3 hrs) to roam the local market before coming home. We did go on the guided tour of the old town which was interesting and we learnt about the culture,, architecture etc.
