A more relaxed way to round off your holiday. Booking the VIP airport service and lounge ensures that you'll be greeted at the airport and then fast-tracked through check-in, hand luggage security and passport control.

Make your wait at the airport more comfortable and convenient. The service includes meet and greet on arrival and access to the terminal through a special entrance with accompaniment to the VIP lounge.

You'll then have use of a dedicated X-ray machine and be fast-tracked through a special passport control cabin. Also included is use of the VIP lounge for up to two hours, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks. And you'll also have free access to TV, Wi-Fi and the press.

I was unable to use this service because TUI hadn’t made the booking with Elite. I turned up the kiosk outside the airport and Elite had no booking in my name and were unable to do anything for me even though I shown them my booking coupon and receipt. I had to jog through security and join the checkin queue and get my tickets. So this poor experience spoiled the end to my holiday. I have made contact and still waiting for a refund.

Die Lounge habe ich gebucht, weil ich davon ausgegangen bin, dass ich in Antalya von Terminal 1 abfliege. Hätte ich gewusst, dass wir von Terminal 2 abfliegen, hätte ich mir das Geld gespart. Terminal 2 ist im Gegensatz zu Terminal 1 ein sehr schöner Terminal. Selbstverständlich war auch die Lounge in Teeminal 2 perfekt. Einzig die 120€ dafür finde ich echt heftig.

I was unable to use this service because TUI hadn’t made the booking with Elite.
