Starting with a market tour to select ingredients, we'll then begin our cooking class with Pui the master cook. Learn the Thai way of peeling, chopping, and slicing, and cook up a storm. Then it's time for a traditional Thai lunch around a large table so everyone gets to try each dish.

Had a great morning, the market trip was fun and informative, the cooking class was a nice professional set up in a lovely setting, we did this on the last morning of our holiday and the food we made with the close guidance of our instructor, was the best Thai food I had all holiday!
