This one is all about paddle power as you glide through the waters of Phang Nga Bay by sea kayak. You'll navigate caves and lagoons on Panak Island, Hong Island and the iconic James Bond Island on this full day tour.

Cruising into Phang Nga Bay, our first point of call is one of its most famous islands – Panak. Your guide will paddle you through a network of caves leading to mystical lagoons before it's time to relax over a Thai buffet lunch. Keep your eyes peeled, though – you might spot some monkeys and bats along the way.

Then it's over to James Bond Island, made famous from the classic film Man with the Golden Gun. We'll continue to Hong Island where a pristine lagoon encircled by rocks marks our final stop on the tour. And to finish up, your crew will serve up fresh Thai-style chicken on the way back to Khao Lak.

Sadly, this is the worst trip we did. We spent over 5 hours in the car picking everyone else up from hotels to then only spend about an hour kayaking, (our hotel was only an hour away from the pier). I understand staying further away you have a longer journey but it wasn’t fair for us to pick everyone up. Staff were friendly however the boat was unhygienic and the guides kayaking didn’t provide us with much information. Trip starts too late in the day. Kayaking was good but not worth the journey

We had a great day, the scenery was stunning and the guides were great - especially Bas who was very entertaining as well as informative. The food on the boat trip was also excellent

The trip was well planned and organised. The boat was pristine and the crew friendly. Our guides were brilliant, keeping us informed and entertained on our journey. Bas (our guide) and Kim (our paddler) couldn't have been better. A totally enjoyable day. We saw toucans flying, monitor lizards sunbathing, bats sleeping and monkeys monkeying around, along with beautiful lagoons, islands and flora. A great day out.
