Excellent trip with knowledgeable guide. Just a shame so many pick up points which naturally delayed setting off.

Cable car wasn't running we were the last picknup and were told this about 5 mins after we left the hotel. We should have been given an option to rebook for another day . We couldn't hear a word the guide said because he was too quiet we asked him to turn up the microphone but he didnt so we didnt hear anything. Essentially we paid to be stuck on a coach for 5 hours. What a waste of a day. Worst trip I have ever been on with TUI

Everything went smoothly from pick up to drop off. Our guide was very knowledgeable. The coach driver was extremely good on difficult roads. The stops for toilets and refreshments were good. The views were fantastic. This trip was very enjoyable.

Depending upon where your hotel is situated ,pick up points and travel can be quite long time on the coach 2-3 hours from Playa paraiso, RUi Buenvista

The cable car was cancelled due to the weather
