We paid for a 20 minute Jetski session. I filmed the moment myself and son got onto the Jetski and kept recording. At the end of the session, I stopped recording after we handed the jetski back When watching the video later,I noticed we had only 12 minutes of Jetski time, despite paying for 20 mins. Overall the experience was good, staff member was not happy that I did not have a printed copy of my booking, even though they could see the booking on their system and my phone.
