The transfer dropped us off mile away from the boat due to the market being on (after saying it was a door to door transfer). We had a 2yr old 3yr old and loads of bags. The driver then went asked us to take a bag of food to the captain and pointed up a busy road and drove off. It was not up this road and eventually we found a local that helped locate the boat. We arrived at 9:05am our boat trip was 9-12, but they had taken the boat to get re fuelled so we didn’t get on until 9:35, no life ves
