This was a great experience overall, tickets were only bookable plenty ahead of time, and we booked on Sat and the earliest visit available was 4.30 on the Monday, almost impossible for our trip but we managed to squeeze it in.

The audio guide was very informative But trying to get the audio guide working was a bit of a nightmare, but a member of staff was brilliant in helping us out, and explained that when you try to download your tickets it’s the Sagrada Família email you have to put in not your own.This should be explained when trying to do so.

It was the booking of the tickets that caused concern. Very difficult to book and my husband and I couldn’t get the same time. The staff at Sagrada Família were very helpful regarding entrance and with activating the audio guide - full marks for them. Actual visit was enjoyable and we had plenty of time to see the Basílica.

Hello! My tickets were canceled, and therefore on September 12th I received the message that my order will be partially (!!!) refunded (ref number: MUS12917486). I am still waiting for my refund, which is first so ridiculous. I am waiting so long for a ticket's refund which was canceled by TUI (even it's stating it might take even up to 30 days) and what does it even mean "partial"? Please, kindly take this request to action

I had to chase our 2day best of Barcelona pass from you, by the time I received it and tried to book a time slot I could only get a tour in Spanish. It was not clear that I was not in control of my entry ticket - that the guide had them, the meeting place was not clear, couldn’t find it, and when we did it had no sign posting just a number of a house, we were late as a consequence and the guide had gone so we could not gain entry . Phone number didn’t connect. VERY VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly if you only have time to do one thing in Barca, this is it. It’s a must do. Pictures don’t do it justice.

The audio guide is available in Catalan, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Hungarian, Korean, Swedish, Finnish, Polish and Dutch. Audio-description and sign-language guides are also available in Catalan, Spanish, and International Sign
Visits must follow the route in one direction only, entering on Carrer de la Marina (Nativity façade) and exiting on Carrer de Sardenya (Passion façade)
Once the audioguided tour is finished, you can continue visiting the Basilica at your own pace
For safety reasons, some spaces will be closed as it is not possible to guarantee proper distancing: the Schools building, the museum, the towers, and the cloister of Our Lady of the Rosary
Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
The audio guide is not available for children under 11
If you wish to purchase a child ticket, you must also purchase at least one adult ticket
The organisation reserves the right to refuse admission. At the entrance, visitors will have their bags, rucksacks, luggage and personal items checked
The right to enter and remain on the Basilica grounds is subject to possession of a valid ticket, which visitors must show to visitor services and/or security staff upon request, or to any duly accredited Basilica staff
