Nous avons dû faire la queue, comme tout le monde et quand j'ai voulu demander une explication à un des employés qui était à l'entrée, il m'a répondu de façon ironique et irrespectueuse que ça n'existait pas et que je devais faire la queue

Al final no hemos podido cambiar la reserva y hemos perdido el dinero. No volveré a reservar nada con vosotros.
