We were not picked up at our hotel so missed the tour. We were in front of the hotel at 7:10 and I personally asked every van if they were for the whale watching and showed them our tickets. When I asked the agent who sold the tour he said the driver did show and there would be NO refund. That is simply not true. No I would not recommend your company.

War etwas zu teuer, hätte 10-15 Minuten länger sein können haben gerade Wale beobachtet, fuhr trotzdem sehr schnell zurück zum Hafen
