Coco Bongo Cancun ticket

No organisation, purchased premium front row, arrived in time told to sit at front of bar, no one instructed us as to what we should do or go, I watched numerous people arrive and I had to ask where we should go. Told to wait in queue. No priority, wrist bands was then issued and I was still challenged by staff further down line and asked for receipt when we had already got this far. Finality shown our seat, to be asked to be moved three times.regular and gold allowed in our paid area.

Far too full, accident waiting to happen. Never got food and couldn’t get to bar for drinks. Absolute rip off

We are 68 in poor health. We weren't told there are 4 flights of stairs to climb. We believed we would have a table and chairs; what we got was a bar stool and narrow shelf. The drinks were quite undrinkable. The food was poor quality and excessively salty. The show was ok but the inbetween music was not aimed at our age group. Taxi came on time. I would not recommend this to people like me. But Tui obviously do; they want profit so will sell to anyone regardless of suitability. I want a refund

Show started an hour later than we were told. Staff didn't come and ask if we wanted refills. Husband had to go to bar. Show was amazing but not keen on the party side of it. Food was cold and absolutely disgusting

We were gold members i was placed so could not see anything when we did move more tables added and became really cramped and uncomfortable

Good enjoyable night out.
