Very good driver, felt safe. Guide was very informative and funny. Felt too crowded & rushed at the cenote & lagoon with all the other tour groups. Guide was very nice but a bit pushy when recommending how much to tip. Otherwise a very enjoyable excursion.

I wish we were told before booking we couldn't take pictures in the cenote. Also, the exorbitant price for subpar photos I haven't received yet after 3 days is criminal. Had I known this, I probably would have chosen a different excursion. Our guide and driver were fantastic and I felt safe and well cared for the entire time.
