Accessibility:

Opening Hours (Entrance Ticket):

• Weekdays (Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri): 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekends, Malaysian school holidays, and public holidays: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Closed every Tuesday, except on Malaysian school and public holidays

Opening Hours (Hot Springs Night Park):

• Daily: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Luminous Forest: 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Closed every Monday
• Arrive 15–20 minutes before opening, especially during weekends and holidays

• A full-day visit is recommended for the Entrance Ticket, while 3–5 hours is recommended for the Night Park
• Ticket type must match the guest's eligibility. Additional charges apply for incorrect ticket types
• Non-Malaysian guests using MyKad tickets must pay the applicable upgrade fee
• Ticket upgrades from Night Hot Springs Ticket to Day Pass are not available
• Children below 90 cm in height enjoy free admission
• Children aged 12 years and below must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years or above
• Proof of identity (IC, passport, or birth certificate where applicable) is required for Child and Senior tickets
• IC and passport verification may be required at the ticketing counter
• Wristbands will be removed upon exit
• Enter the Hot Springs and Spa before exiting, as access to the rest of the park is not permitted once you leave the Hot Springs area
• Proper swimming attire is required. Lycra or nylon swimwear is recommended
• Muslim women may wear dry-fit round-neck T-shirts with dry-fit or Lycra tights
• Face masks, flippers, and outside flotation devices are not permitted in the pools
• Minimum height requirements apply to selected rides
• Guests must follow all posted safety rules and ride restrictions
