The trip on the whole was enjoyable but there was a lot waiting around - we spent an hour in the scorching heat sat on the Catamaran waiting to be asked to climb the falls - we arrived at the village & waited well over an hour for the food to be served, bearing in mind we’d been picked up at 8.45am so had an early breakfast it was nearly 4pm before we were fed ! After climbing a waterfall & snorkelling everyone was pretty hungary! We were not told a time to meet outside for the Chukka bus.

Your rep did not provide all the necessary information needed for us to go on our excursion which we in turn missed. He was less than helpful and condescending. It would be helpful in the future to provide families with the pick up time at the top of the voucher. One of our vouchers we were picked up at the time at the top and the other there was a different pick up time at the bottom. To be expected to know or even remember the difference is challenging when it is not all the same.

The overall experience was good , but food was very bad . No vegetarian options only vegetables. Felt really harassed by driver , tour guide and chukka workers asking for tips . We felt we had no choice but to give after being harassed. We paid good money already to go on the trip. That was really off putting.

We left the hotel at 7:30 we did not get any food until 3:45 by which point we were told we had to leave at 4. Food was poor and obviously had to be rushed I felt unwell as I had not eaten for so long and we had children with us so they were really in happy. The day was consistently spent waiting around and only 2 1/2 hours were actually spent doing the activities It was very disappointing day and we were constantly being asked to but photographs instead of being allowed to relax. From the moment we were picked up from the hotel the driver was very welcoming going very history about the areas we were driving past to our guide for the day for Dunn’s river climb and to our captain and deck hands on our boat trip all were exceptionally good and and really good with all members of the trip
