Sehr guter und persönlicher Service, gute und freundliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld (auf Englisch und Italienisch!). Sehr interessante Führung, die Führerin war äußerst kompetent und wußte viel zu erzählen. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gerne hätte ich noch eine andere Führung am selben Tag mitgemacht, diese mußte jedoch leider aufgrund mangelnder Teilnahme abgesagt werden. Schade... Die Touren dieses Anbieters kann ich vorbehaltlos empfehlen.
