The continued change of times ruined the day and plans making a rushed and curt experience with stuff unhelpful and just kept referring us to the flipping app! Very very poor customer service with no explanations for the continued change of plans which ruined the reason we went for the trip making it rushed and unhinged which is what we didn’t want. A reliable service going horrible wrong with no respect form staff and some Of the other customers for an alternative religion !!! Thanks Tui NOt

Ce qui est regrettable lors de la réservation en Belgique est que pour la Chapelle Sixtine personne ne vous informe que la prise de photos est totalement interdite. Sur place juste avant de rentrer dans le musée du Vatican le guide a informé tout le monde de cette interdiction. Il est donc regrettable que cette importante information soit cachée aux visiteurs.
