Making transport available would have made this more enjoyable, but it wasn’t too much hassle to organise myself.

The experience in the water was amazing. Stunning location. Having drinks in the water and a face mask was fun. The changing rooms were cramped. We had to change on the floor near our lockers. We booked a private transfer for 8 of us which made the journey quicker and easier.

Everything genuinely was perfect. The only slight thing that could’ve been improved was the snowmobile tour. We only snowmobiled for a maximum of an hour - made us question whether it was worth the money!

I enjoyed my experience at the Blue Lagoon from the moment I got there. The service was very good and entry into the complex was quick and easy. I utilised the disabled room and there was plenty of room to move about. There was plenty of shampoo and conditioner and body wash. It is only a very short walk into the lagoon and an easy walkway to enter the water. A free drink was available as was a face mask. Any additional drinks were however very expensive ( think £5 each). The water was a great temperature and there were cooler and warmer areas within the lagoon. Towels and gowns were available and free. Upon departure, at the carpark there is a waiting room, allowing you to get out of the cold while you wait for your coach.

We went on admission only ticket as transfers had sold out when I booked this. The Blue Lagoon was amazing and we booked Reykjavík Excursions to take us and they were amazing too. And good value for money. The Blue Lagoon is expensive but worth it the experience is amazing. We had no Tui reps with us or at the Blue Lagoon so could not score them.
