Your walk will start in the historic district of the Old Lyon (Vieux-Lyon). Your guide will take you through the cobbled streets lined with colourful facades as you explore Old Lyon, one of the largest remaining Renaissance districts in Europe (after Venice).
You will explore its famous traboules, secret passageways typical of the city. Along the way, you will cross over to the Peninsula (Presqu'île), the beating heart of the city, famous for its superb squares, elegant shops, and Haussmann-style architecture. You will discover iconic sites such as Bellecour Square, Jacobins Square, and the old hospital Hôtel-Dieu.
