Very expensive for what it was. £590 a group crawl for some all in small print but I assumed Tui would not sell a rip off. For £590 I expected a snowmobile each for the paying adults and a heated trailer for each family’s children. My girls had to ride in a group trailer (unheated, metal trailer). They are 9 and 7 so I didn’t leave them in it alone. So I paid full price for a kids ticket. £590 for 3hrs in a bumpy trailer and face full of fumes and a noisy kid (not mine) shouting ‘6-7!’.

I booked this for Thursday 11th November which according to my itinerary was a free day. When we arrived on Wednesday 10th November I was told the date had been changed to Saturday 13th November to work better to my itinerary. How is changing it from Thursday to Saturday and only leaving me a 20min buffer work better to my itinerary???? The experience was cancelled on Saturday morning due to the temperature dropping to minus 30 and it's too cold for children.
