TUI Levi snowmobile safari to elves hut

You'll need to get wrapped up warm before you set off for a snowmobile safari through the magical Arctic forest. Glide over snow-covered trails and, halfway through, you'll discover Santa's secret forest camp, where one of his elves is waiting to greet you. I booked this for Thursday 11th November which according to my itinerary was a free day. When we arrived on Wednesday 10th November I was told the date had been changed to Saturday 13th November to work better to my itinerary. How is changing it from Thursday to Saturday and only leaving me a 20min buffer work better to my itinerary???? The experience was cancelled on Saturday morning due to the temperature dropping to minus 30 and it's too cold for children.

Important to know

Each snowmobile is shared by two guests taking turns in driving
Drivers must be over 18 years and hold a full UK driving licence which needs to be brought on the excursion
Taking alcohol or drugs is not permitted before or during the tour
Your maximum personal liability is €980 with the insurance, your self liability can be reduced to €150 by paying a waiver supplement of €20 per safari driver in resort
It's possible to ride solo for a €55 supplement per person, sold in resort
All optional excursions are timed to complement your three, four, five, six or seven-night stay in Lapland – we will confirm the most appropriate time for your chosen excursion on arrival in Lapland
This trip lasts for around three hours in total
Snowmobile safaris are not suitable for children under two years old
A child is allowed to sit on the snowmobile behind an adult, if they are over 140cm tall, physically strong enough, the adult helmet fits and they pay the adult price
Children under 12 years old and under 140cm tall will pay a child price and must travel in a seat in the sleigh, pulled by the guide's snowmobile
