It didn’t turn up. They didn’t contact us either. After waiting for 20 mins outside hotel we called only to be told there had been a booking error and we would be refunded.

The whole trip was amazing!!!!It’s a must!!!!!! One of the best boat trips I have been on! All staff were amazing!so friendly and helpful. Food and drink were amazing!!!!! The boat wasn’t overcrowded which was great, very comfortable and loads of room!!!!!

The trip was outstanding, staff were great, lots of room on the boat, food and drink was lovely, wedges, chicken, rice, salad etc a whatever you wanted to drink all included. Plenty of time to swim and chill, best boat trip I’ve been on and we do one every year.

What a wonderful trip! Coach transfer was smooth. The staff on the boat were amazing. So friendly and helpful. As we were travelling with our one year old, the staff offered to carry the pushchair up the stairs for us. The blue lagoon was stunning. An incredible opportunity to swim in crystal clear waters, which the whole family enjoyed. Food and drink onboard was delicious. Plenty of time to swim, sunbathe, take photos, eat etc. I would fully recommend this trip!

We have been on several other cruises with this company that have all been first class, which is what made this so disappointing. Cruising time was short as more time was spent anchored. We felt there were too many on the boat. When you left your seats someone else moved in, when seated, others were always standing over you. Spent over 30 mins of the time queuing for food, which we found bland, no dessert served, and you don't see the baths - it's pointed out where they are.
