Slather yourself in therapeutic mud at the largest natural outdoor spa in Burgas. It's a day of indulgence – minus the fluffy robes and slippers. You'll arrive at the Burgas salt pans in the morning and spend around half an hour floating in the super-salty natural pools. Then, get your hands dirt as you smooth on the mineral-rich mud. It's packed with silicates, iron, hydroxides, and salts, which are known to have anti-inflammatory and circulation benefits. After 15 minutes, rinse it off in the sea, as the locals do, or pay a little extra to shower. Finish off the morning floating in the pink-tinted salt lakes before returning to your hotel at lunchtime.

You should have included “bring a towel” in the list of things to bring.

The guide only did 1 announcement in English and spent the rest of the time talking in a different language. The guide was also not from Tui although we paid thinking this was a Tui excursion. Took over an hr to pick other guests up before making the way to the mud baths. After mud baths we were taken to a church which was not advertised and we didn't want to go to. The trip was advertised as 2-4hrs and back by lunch but it was 6hrs and we ended up missing lunch

There was no information prior about changing facilities etc. The changing facilities were made from chipboard behind a building.

The english spoken on the trip was minimal and therefore communication was difficult. Also the trip was sold as 2 to 4 hours in lengh however, it was 5 to 6 hours in lenght as there was also a trip to a monestry after the salt lakes. While this was fine and enjoyable I was not expecting it and therefore as a lone traveller paniced I was on the wrong bus/trip. It would have been advantagous to know about this part of the trip in advance of the day.
