Start at Lac Cai beach and follow your guide as you paddle to the mangrove. Admire the breathtaking sceneries around you and look down through the glass bottom of your kayak. Paddle through the mangrove tunnels and spot various types of birds. Enjoy a snorkel break in one of the mangrove tunnels and observe the countless types of fish, corals and sponges.

The mangroves are protected and part of the RAMSAR treaty as they are the birthplace of various types of animals. Back on Lac Cai beach, you can enjoy a bit of fruit punch with a snack Your guide will show you a place to spot turtles, here you can snorkel on your own.

Super leuke gids , vertelde heel veel , wist ook veel van de mangroves en het eiland , nam de tijd voor alles . Jammer dat de snacks , wat bij de tour hoorde er niet waren ( was iets mis gegaan met een koelbox )

Een leuke tocht, echt een aanrader. Leuke gids. Het zien van de schildpadden bij de start was gaaf. Het kajakken door de tunnels is heel leuk. Het snorkelen ook. Wij hadden niet ingesmeerd met muggenspul, dus wij hadden een klein beetje last van de muggen. Maar dit was alleen toen we uit de boten waren om te snorkelen. Geen last gehad van muggen tijdens het kajakken. We hadden een kleine gezellige groep. De gids zorgde na de tocht voor drinken en een koek. Erg leuke middag gehad!

De gids was kundig en vertelde veel over de mangroves en de natuur. Het is een mooie tocht en genoeg tijd om te snorkelen, na afloop even bijpraten onder genot van een drankje en een stroopwafel

Please note that the usage of fins is not allowed in the mangrove
You can use sunscreen and mosquito spray before the tour, but cannot bring it inside the mangrove area
For all water-based activities in the Marine Park, you must be able to present proof you paid the Nature Fee. Please find all info and purchase your Nature Fee at the official stinapa.org website
To reach the start point of this tour, you need a vehicle that is allowed to drive off-road

Please meet your guide at Lac Cai Beach at 13:00 (1 pm). First you will pass by the Mangrove Center, continue driving until you see the mountains with the conch-shells.
