This self-guided driving tour begins by the Painted Ladies, one of San Francisco’s top attractions. These beautiful, colorful homes exemplify Frisco’s funky culture, and are a great way to start your journey. From there, we’ll hear about the city’s unique history and how it became one of the most progressive cities around.

As we head into the city’s tech quarter, we’ll spot big-name headquarters like Uber and Twitter and get a crash course in how Frisco became the go-to spot for the most cutting edge tech produced anywhere.

Then we’ll swing by the City Hall, which you might feel like you recognize… because you probably do! We’ll give you the inside scoop into how Hollywood uses this building as a stand-in for Washington, D.C.’s Capitol Building in all sorts of films.

After that, buckle your seatbelts because we’re heading down Lombard Street, aka the most crooked street in the world! This picturesque, winding road has been another Hollywood staple for ages, but experiencing it for yourself is a whole different ball game.

Next, we’ll climb Telegraph Hill for a look at the famous Coit’s Tower and some truly unbeatable views of the city. While you’re up there, we’ll help you identify some of the most famous structures which make up Frisco’s skyline. Then it’s on to Chinatown and Manilatown, where you’ll hear about the long, often embattled history of both historic districts.

We’ll turn onto Stockton Street and get a good look at something else you won’t see every day: cable cars. We’ll hear all about their history, and why these quirky little cars are still used today.

At last, we’ll reach the waterfront, home to some of the best food and drink in Frisco, not to mention astonishing views of the bay! Our tour will conclude here.
