Die Ballonfahrt war ein Traum, aber das Programm hinterher war nicht so fein. Das Essen im Restaurant war eine ziemliche Zumutung, vor allem das Frühstück! Und mit der Anstrengung in Hieropolus habe ich gar nicht gerechnet, der Ablauf wurde uns so nicht beschrieben. Hin- und Rückfahrt dauerten jeweils 4,5 Stunden! Ach ja, und die Tour war englisch sprachig. Für mich zwar kein Problem, wurde aber als deutschsprachige Tour angegeben.

Allereerst we zouden een Nederlandse gids hebben. De gids die wij hadden was een Turkse die met moeite de Engelse taal beheerste. Het ontbijt was magertjes. Er was geen gewoon brood te vinden. Lunch was perfect. De ballonvaart was in 1 woord geweldig. Super piloot die wij hadden. Voor ons zeker de moeite waard geweest.

We waited in hotel till 2am without any communication that the trip had been cancelled due to not enough people. This is a disgrace and still nothing from Tui. The local rep has apologised and told our refund will take up till 20 days. Your online booking system isn’t worth doing. You’ve spoilt our holiday as this was the one thing we chose as a beautiful experience moment.

It’s a scam. No one showed to pick me up for the trip. My holiday has been ruined - this was the main event of my whole trip
