This to us was a let down because the rides are no more thrilling than those at certain hotels. We thought it was more unique but now we know to just book a hotel with rides if we really want to slide on water which we don't anymore. Even if we fancied rides that much, normal hotel ones would match these or be better. We were bored after three slides. We could not go back to hotel as we had timed transport. Snacks and food so expensive! Not worth it. I regret not going on the safari or beach spo

TUI GO AND VISIT THIS PLACE BEFORE SENDING ANYONE ELSE HERE!. We were not picked up, i called the rep (Farah) who personally picked us up and drove us to the park. Thanks to Farah but we wished she hadn't bothered. DISGUSTING PLACE, Not enough characters in review to say how we feel. Not enough staff, rides unmanned, shut rides, filthy pool (hair & slime) broken loungers, loose wiring & rubbish everywhere. DANGEROUS & DIRTY. Could list more. Kids sick next 2 days ruined last 2 days of holiday

Waste of time half the slides not open Closed 4 times whiles we was there between 12 and 4 The place it self is servely run down Not the best of water parks we have visited in 9 different countries,, The place it self has so much more to offer But the shier lack of cleanliness and over all if only give it 2 out of 10

The water park has clearly seen better days and felt neglected and unclean. A lot of the green matting has come off or is very loose and a potential hazard for tripping. It was a very quiet day but the water slides kept closing. Some of the lockers are out of action and the changing area looks tired. The drinks are also very expensive .. All in all it was very disappointing..

Most of the slides were only open for short periods. I was expecting more slides considering how much the tickets were. The sunbeds were old, with screws sticking out of them or broken. The whole place was grubby. The foam party didn't happen & I've had bigger waves in a bath than the ones in the wave pool. The food & drink were expensive (food tasted good tho). U have to top up a card to pay and if you top up with a credit card, you cant claim balance back. Dirty, disappointing & waste of money

The water park is excellent. The kids absolutely loved it. Great value for money. You can spend the whole day here and not get bored. The restaurant was terrible. Omelette not cooked properly. 3 of our meals came out together then waited 50 minutes for a pizza. Asked numerous times with no help. Prices in here for food and drink were very high compared to what we had been paying
