Experience an island-hopping boat trip on the Medulin Riviera and take in some of the most beautiful coastal scenery in Istria. As well as the sandy island of Levan, you'll also pitch up at Kamenjak Protected Nature Area– a wild and rugged peninsula famous for its clean waters and cliff divers.

It's stunning scenery right from the go as we sail out of Medulin harbour. Gently gliding for an hour towards Kamenjak, you'll be able to relax on board as you savour the beauty of the coastline. Your captain will drop anchor at this protected nature reserve. The cliffs here are honeycombed with caves, and guides will lead you in, if you fancy swimming inside one of them.

Once you've dried off, we'll sail to Porer, a circular islet that's smaller than a football pitch and topped with a lighthouse. Meat and fresh fish are barbecued up on the boat for lunch, and once we've eaten, we'll pull up on the island of Levan for a couple of hours' sunbathing and swimming. Utter bliss.

The boat was small and cramped. Apart from serving drinks and food there was no interaction with staff. It was sold as a fun trip. There was no effort made to have fun not even any music. The food was awful. An overcooked piece of chicken, pickled red cabbage and dry bread.

Over all had a lovely relaxing trip, staff were very helpful swimming to the caves. Food was great, highly recommend. Stopped at beach for a few hours.

Very rocky on the island when walking round to the sun beds also very difficult to get off the boat and planks to walk across from the jetty to the island also toilets were high up on the island

Boat was overcrowded we were wedged in and unable to move around. Not given any safety briefing. There was no commentary at all so no explanation of what we were passing or any landmarks. Left the island quite early and didn’t check who was on board. This is the worst TUI trip we have ever done and felt like a wasted afternoon. Would not recommend to anyone

There was no safety instructions given, staff appeared not to check passengers were able to safely get back on the boat after swimming, my friend struggled to get up the ladder. The island stop was lovely but we were not made aware that sun beds cost €30. The only other option was to sit on rocks. The guide on board was friendly and it was nice to be on the water in the sunshine. The food was basic but adequate.
