Super Service

As i explained to Victor, there was 14 in our party and 8 of us are 60 and older. We were NOT allowed to snorkel per Mexican law. That was never explained to us because of it was, we wouldn't have purchased the excursion. I asked Victor for a refund of some amount since we went on the boat and ate but didn't get to snorkel. One woman had 2 boys and was told she can only take 1 because 8-17 yr olds had to be accompanied by their parent & she didn't want to leave a child on the ship unattended.

Wish there was a bit more seating on the boat Team was great though.

Just a little unsafe getting in and out of the boat. Also the food was exactly the same things we had at the hotel. Honestly I was expecting something different. Open bar was a little big disorganized … a little suggestion, should include coffee in the boat and at the buffet.

Luis Lopez from Destination Service committed fraud. We were charged for a premium service but received subpar offerings: the boat, meant for 30, had 45 people and 20 seats. There were no special life jackets for diving, no parasailing as promised, and no full snorkeling masks. The food and drinks were mediocre, not premium. Lastly, instead of snorkeling at the Musa underwater museum, we only saw 2 unrelated statues. This was not the service we paid for.

Great day and everything fell into place, we were late been picked up due to the minibus breaking down but the yacht told us to get a taxi from the hotel which they paid for! The service on board was first class and whne we arrived at the beach club was brilliant, well presented and tasty. The shopping stop was too long and in my opinion a waste of time.
