Really good trip from start to finish, good boat crew from captain to barman who made this trip second to none. We also met a TUI rep Maria on her day off who was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. She gave us information on the island and the trip as well as more details on our other excursions we have planned, the app doesn’t provide this level of care and attention that Maria did, we were really appreciative of her help. Fantastic trip overall would highly recommend.

Très déçu pour le prix paye, un trajet en catamaran, une baignade approximative, je me demande toujours pourquoi, une restauration un sandwich poulet ou fromage complètement fade. Une autre restauration aurai été appréciable. Ensuite l’île n’a rien d’exceptionnelle mis à part louer une voiturette de golf pour 1 heure 35 euros. Trop de touristes, marchands agressifs. Petite plage sans intérêt. Prendre une navette depuis Cancun qui reviens moins onéreux.

Propose des commerces avec des prix élevés, temps de retour navettes désorganisées et 2,5 fois plus long qu’aller, trop de langues différentes sur le même bateau. Le juste prix se situerai à la moitié du prix payé.
