This introductory-level tour takes you into the mountainous wonderland of the Glen Alps, located in the Chugach mountains just to the east of Anchorage. After a quick introduction to using a snowshoe, you'll walk around until you get comfortable with them.
Along the two-mile-long trail, you will get the chance to admire snow-covered hemlocks and alpine meadows and to spot wildlife within the magnificent South Fork Campbell Creek valley.
