Make your wait at the airport more comfortable and convenient. The service includes meet and greet on arrival and access to the terminal through a special entrance with accompaniment to the VIP lounge.
You'll then have use of a dedicated X-ray machine and be fast-tracked through a special passport control cabin. Also included is use of the VIP lounge for up to two hours, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks. And you'll also have free access to TV, Wi-Fi and the press.

We arrived in good time but our driver was not informed we were going to the Elite lounge. We were then left waiting for over 20 minutes while numerous passengers were checked in. I had to ask a member of staff to check us in before the gate closed! We then had no time to browse the duty free area before being rushed upstairs to the lounge. We then had 10 minutes before we had to proceed to the boarding gate.

Excellent service , expensive but worth it . Staff were very professional . From being dropped off to having breakfast in the lounge it was 15 mins .

Very fast and easy , avoided queues and was able to enjoy the vip lounge . However , on outbound flight I paid £6 for fast track . On return paid 102£ for vip and service whilst more personalised is a huge difference in price .

The guide Imrika, was brilliant! Check in process was fast and felt truly like an exclusive experience. The lounge was comfortable, spacious and stress free, with quality food and drink

We enjoyed the fast track service and how smoothly it went from first security check to checking in, had to wait a week whole to be taken through to the lounge area. The lounge was lovely but the food was pretty poor, not very warm and staff were not very helpful in the Lounge

No one met us when we arrived at airport and driver didn’t understand what I was saying to him and had to go though normal check. And when I ask a TUI rep he just blanked me and sent me I the wrong direction so no happy
