Make your wait at the airport more comfortable and convenient. The service includes meet and greet on arrival and access to the terminal through a special entrance with accompaniment to the VIP lounge.
You'll then have use of a dedicated X-ray machine and be fast-tracked through a special passport control cabin. Also included is use of the VIP lounge for up to two hours, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and snacks. And you'll also have free access to TV, Wi-Fi and the press.

The lounge area was comfortable, unpleasant very sterile The food on offer was stale unpalatable and poor selection.

The toilets were being cleaned when we first got there and the disabled and family toilets were in use so I had to wait a good ten minutes.

Im a nervous flyer so we thought be be good to do fast check in! 1st part good attentive!when we got to lounge no one spoke I had to ask where to go no one explained anything? that procescco wasn't included? Choice of food very poor! Only had carrot and tomato bought on plain! Overall experience wasn't quite what I expected nice to experience but very expensive for the very short time being in the lounge! Lack of communication and guide to advise what's included! Felt disappointed 1 shop to

Das Angebot an Speisen war vom Preis her nicht angemessen. Man hatte uns extra gesagt, dass wir die Plätze nicht selber vorher buchen müssen. Wir hatten extra um XL Plätze gebeten, auch wenn es dafür einen Aufpreis gegeben hätte, wäre es ok. Man hat uns dann einen Platz in der 5 Reihe und einen in Reihe 30 gebucht. Ich bin immer noch stink sauer über so viel Frechheit. Auf eine direkte Beschwerde von mir ging man nicht ein. Nie wieder würden wir über TUI derartiges buchen.
