A shopping trip in Turkey is one of those must-do experiences. And this morning in Fethiye is great for bargain-hunting. You'll call into a shopping centre dedicated to Turkish souvenirs, haggle your way through the local market and enjoy some free time in the town centre.

You'll round off in the centre of Fethiye, where you'll have some free time to browse modern shops, boutiques and the bazaar area of permanent market-style stalls at your own pace. After a busy day of hitting the shops, you could pull up a pew at a street-side café for some Turkish coffee and sweet pastries.

The Tour Guide ‘Sugar’ was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. The balance of time spent in places is weighed too much towards the market rather than the visit to the harbour/ old town. More time in the old town would be better as its a beautiful place bit didn't feel we had the chance to fully experience it
