It was great being whisked through the airport avoiding all the queues. Unfortunately the food in the lounge was terrible and none of my party ate anything. Place was clean and tidy though

Meet and greet excellent. Avoided queues. VIP lounge comfortable, toilets clean. Tables wiped and cleared straight away. Staff seem to take prideb in their work. Food not very appetising. Hardly anything for children to eat.

It was a great experience from stepping off our transfer coach to boarding the plane. We will definitely book this service the next time we travel.

The lounge it self is fine BUT Tui did not pass our booking onto the airport, so they were not expecting us for VIP or the lounge. Had to wait 20 minutes for the airport to sort.

Important to know

For the departures VIP Service and Lounge, the meeting point is to the right, after the first entry door to the Terminal building on the Departures floor. The staff are stationed at Fast Track Desk there
Children under the age of 2 are free of charge
Upon arrival at the airport, and before checking in, please proceed to the Fast Track Lane (see photo), which is located near passport control. The staff there will assist you with the Fast Track service
