Het park was top, mega groot. Mac Donalds in het patk minpunt. HappyMeal kwam zonder speeltje, zelf om moeten vragen. Hamburger koud. Personeel niet vriendelijk.

When booking it would be helpful to be told you need to load money onto the tags before entering. We did not realise this until we were queing to buy food and when we got to the counter we were told money needs to be on the tag. Had to find where to load and then que up again.

We was very disappointed as a lot of the smaller rides were closed, so our kids couldn't go on them, which was the main reason for visiting.

We weren’t told that some rides and water slides would be closed , we should have been informed and the price reduced to reflect this , the cost of buying food and drink is very expensive. However we did enjoy the day the children had a good time . The park is clean plenty of places to sit . I imagine in the summer there are long waits for the rides .

The actual park was wonderful, the water rides were very good and very clean. However, to pay £260 for tickets when it was so busy and the queues so bad we only managed to get on 4 slides in 5 hours of arriving. The slides had queues of 1 hour plus for each ride. It ruined our day and think that the park tickets were over sold and Tui should be more transparent with this. We would like a refund of the price we paid to reflect our experience. Thanks
