This was a good service and value for money when we first used it 4 years ago. Only advantage now is the VIP checkin desk and being escorted through immigration. Used to have its own immigration desk and security but this is not now used. Staff are welcoming & friendly but food and beverages both hot and cold are extremely limited and poor quality. At a price now of £52 per person its not value for money and is dissappointing. Definetley needs improvement or price reduction, used to be £37 each

The lounge itself was very nice and spacious, staff were attentive no complaints there, snacks were simple and limited beverages were what you would expect a nice selection of tea, coffee and soft drinks from which you helped yourself. Alcoholic drinks however were limited to order only & not displayed in the refrigerated cabinet & it felt awkward asking & quite a timely wait. The fast track experience was excellent which would prompt me to book again.

We have used this VIP Lounge on a number of occasions. It is the best lounge we have used in numerous countries.

The service is excellent

The fast track was great! The lady that dealt with us was very nice. The food was terrible!!!! There was no choice & it was either rock hard or inedible. When we said this the lady took us to a takeaway sandwich counter & purchased us our chosen sandwich
