Second time I ised this service and this time I was left on my own after security and not taken to the gate and got lost, I eventually ended up at the back of a lomg queue which defeats the purpose of the service costing £52. I expect a part refund from Tui.

We were the only two people in the lounge and we were treated very well waited on hand hand foot nothing was too much trouble. We had choice of sandwiches chicken or tuna, we both picked tuna it was a little weird that it was warmed in the microwave, it was edible however not everyone's cup of tea would be better cold. Choice of drinks. TV was not working but this didn't matter we chilled out on the massive comfortable sofas. Our flight delayed an hour stayed in the lounge until departure.
