Smidigt med personal som väntade på flygplatsen och guidade oss vidare genom fast track till loungen. Värt varenda krona. All mat och dryck ingick. Kommer fortsätta boka detta både på dit och hemresa. Skönt att slippa alla långa köer

Det som inte fungerade var att guiden inte hade förhandsinformation vilken incheckning som hon skulle Gå till, nu fick vi stå i fel kö först och efter en stund ställa. Oss i ny kö för service uppdraget. Tui personalen som var på plats hjälpte inte guiden , det var här det borde fungera Er personal borde känna till denna servicen säljs utav Er

Good selection of drinks and snacks, attentive staff. Pre-flight massage was nice.There is only one toilet for each **********, potentially 30-40 people if the lounge is at full capacity. At least in the men’s, separate the toilet from the urinal, as at present they are housed together in one cubicle.

Love the VIP service and skipping the lines. Coral First Class was lovely and quiet and the food was great. Staff could have been more attentive as there was only us 2 in there for the first hour.
