Phuket Airport departure fast track with Coral Executive Lounge

The best part of this experience was the ability, with the assistance of a guide, to bypass the long queues at security and passport control. The lounge itself was ok but small and a little cramped. There was a reasonable selection of food and drink, all included. It would have been helpful to know, in advance, how to find the drop-off area on the third floor of the airport and that fast-track did not cover check-in. A rather sour TUI assistant seemed to enjoy showing us to the back of that line

What an end to an amazing holiday. We sailed straight through no queuing or hold ups. I would definitely use this service again.

Didn't get fast-tracked through security, met a rep at departures and was told could only access the service after passport control. So I basically paid just to use the lounge, which had no savoury options, and all curries and stir fries, which I was a bit sick of by that point. I’ve previously used similar services at other airports and they were far superior

the fasttrack was very good. the young lady could not have been more helpful, but on arrival at the lounge it was overcrowded and we had a struggle to find a seat. i had to stand so my wife could sit. as we are both 85 it wasn't good . we hope to use you next year and to see if you if it has improve
