Seeing Asian elephants from a few metres away is one of life's must-do experiences – so this trip is a big tick on the bucket list. Arriving at its beautiful lagoon setting, you'll get to know the elephants' stories and prepare their food. The pick up was late, with no warning from tui, The tui guide didn't apologies, then the whole experience felt like she rushed from start to finish . Elephants were beautiful, and the lunch provided was lovely. But we weren't given the program that was paid for, the whole day just felt rushed
