The parks were okay, but way too crowded. One of the slides broke down, and we spent two and a half hours just to get down. We also had to wait another hour for food at the water park. It was a bad decision to do two parks in one day with so many people around

Tried to cxl big on 2nd but no button to cancel on the app saw I had till 3rd to cxl so tried again on 3rd but cxl button wouldn’t work, spoke to rep on earlier trip to market who said it was too late, he didn’t even listen to what I was explaining, didn’t seem to be bothered , so had to go to oortsvrntura queued for 45 mins for locker then queued for 55 min to get a donut then had to join another queue for actual ride which took 2 hours, we went home u impressed and angry abt whole thing!
