All of the staff were so friendly and professional. They shared so much knowledge of the whales and dolphins that we saw and the captain was remarkable doing it in 4 languages! The pickup was smooth and the directions after the free time in the market were easy. The whole experience was seamless and we loved it.

We cannot find anything to complain about. Everything from start to finish was perfect! The transfers & organisation were amazing. Staff were friendly, informative and fluent in SO many languages. Just wonderful. The dolphins were superb and we came home with memories to treasure forever. Thank you!

Resan var riktigt bra, guiden på turen var toppen, båtturen var trevlig och höll vad den lovade. Negativt var, Tui information om avreseplats som var felaktig och inte nog med det så skickade de oss till en upphämtningsplats längre bort än nödvändigt. Guiden var förvånad och undrade varför vi stod där vi gjorde. Info om avreseplats var något otydlig.
