Set sail past Gran Canaria's rugged volcanic landscapes as you glide along the coast on this four-hour trip. Staff overall were nice, boat is nice and spacious. Positives end there. Pick up from Puerto de Mogan over 1 hour before sailing time. Lots of hanging around. One swim stop. No octopus or stingray - guide laughed when I showed him trip description. No paddleboards, just a raft attached to boat that kids could swim to and jump off. Worst of all - food, no alternative to sea food paella - I had emailed allergy but boat not informed. Guide rude and frustrated about it. False advertising

The staff were amazing! We had an “unfortunate incident” (not our fault) and the staff took such great care of us. Nothing was too much trouble and they regularly checked in on us about anything we needed. I honestly just wanted to leave at one point (but couldn’t) and the fact that we ended up having a great time is all down to the amazing staff. They do this day after day, but they honestly did make us feel that they truly cared about our experience. Well done and thank you!

The hotel and the area was amazing. Our only grip the rules in the pool area , people did put towels on beds to reserve before 9am. When we saw this was happening we did it also and got our things taken away from the beds at the weekend !!! not happy plus no floatations in the pool at the weekend !!! Different pool boy Need to get. rules sorted Food was lovely, disappointed the roof top bar was not open every night as the bar which is used for pool & resturant during day will close at 10pm

A fantastic day out from start to finish! The crew were fun, friendly and made the trip unforgettable. Snorkelling, floating platforms, an open bar and a delicious paella lunch were all included, making it incredible value. The perfect mix of relaxation, sunshine and stunning scenery. Everything you could want from a catamaran cruise – highly recommended!
