Your journey begins in Cusco, where you'll be collected for a visit to Chinchero. This traditional urban centre, situated at an elevated point, offers impressive views of the valley. Here, you'll see local artisans maintaining Incan traditions, explore archaeological sites, and view a 17th-century church.

The tour continues to the Living Museum of Yucay, where you'll observe demonstrations of traditional Andean crafts, including textile work, adobe construction, pottery, and silversmithing. After free time for lunch in Ollantaytambo, you'll explore this continuously inhabited settlement and climb its iconic fortress, built adjacent to a mountain.

The tour only includes admission to the church of Chinchero and the Yucay Living Museum. If you want to visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo, you need to buy the Cusco Tourist Ticket (BTC). Passengers can buy this ticket on-site with the help of the tour guide. Please note that the archaeological site doesn't accept credit cards, so it's best to have cash ready at the start of the tour

A pick-up service is available from hotels located in the historic centre of Cusco. You must be ready and waiting in the hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. The tour doesn't include pick-up from private residences with no reception.
